Simple rules for using Ziply responsibly. We built Ziply around clean links, useful analytics, and a privacy-first experience.

Privacy first. Your Ziply dashboard and link collection are private by default. We don't sell personal data or intentionally use third-party advertising trackers.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Ziply, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are under the applicable age required to enter these terms in your jurisdiction, use Ziply only with appropriate parent or guardian involvement where required.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not impersonate others or attempt to access another user's account.

4. Data and tracking

Ziply does not sell personal data. We do not intentionally use third-party advertising trackers, tracking pixels, or cross-site advertising profiles on Ziply pages.

We may store information necessary to provide the service, including account credentials and information associated with shortened links. Limited technical information may be processed for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and operation of the service.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Ziply for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, malicious, or deceptive activity.

  • Phishing, scams, impersonation, or deceptive redirects.
  • Malware, credential theft, or attempts to compromise systems.
  • Spam or automated abuse that harms the service.
  • Links facilitating unlawful activity or serious harm.
  • Attempts to bypass security controls or rate limits.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts or links that violate these terms or create a meaningful security, abuse, or legal risk. We may act immediately when necessary to protect users or the service.

7. Availability and liability

Ziply is provided on an availability basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ziply is not responsible for third-party websites, destinations, or content reached through shortened links.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as Ziply develops. The date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
