Terms of Service.
Simple rules for using Ziply responsibly. We built Ziply around clean links, useful analytics, and a privacy-first experience.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Ziply, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are under the applicable age required to enter these terms in your jurisdiction, use Ziply only with appropriate parent or guardian involvement where required.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not impersonate others or attempt to access another user's account.
3. Your links are private
Links you create through your Ziply account are private to your account by default. Ziply does not intentionally publish your link list, destination URLs, or dashboard information to other users.
When you share a shortened URL, the recipient can access its destination. Your dashboard and link collection remain private, while a shortened URL you choose to share can be visited by others.
4. Data and tracking
Ziply does not sell personal data. We do not intentionally use third-party advertising trackers, tracking pixels, or cross-site advertising profiles on Ziply pages.
We may store information necessary to provide the service, including account credentials and information associated with shortened links. Limited technical information may be processed for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and operation of the service.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Ziply for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, malicious, or deceptive activity.
- Phishing, scams, impersonation, or deceptive redirects.
- Malware, credential theft, or attempts to compromise systems.
- Spam or automated abuse that harms the service.
- Links facilitating unlawful activity or serious harm.
- Attempts to bypass security controls or rate limits.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts or links that violate these terms or create a meaningful security, abuse, or legal risk. We may act immediately when necessary to protect users or the service.
7. Availability and liability
Ziply is provided on an availability basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ziply is not responsible for third-party websites, destinations, or content reached through shortened links.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as Ziply develops. The date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
