Ziply is built to keep your links and account information yours. Here's what we handle, why we handle it, and what we don't do with it.
Your dashboard and link collection are private to your account by default.
We don't intentionally use third-party advertising trackers or build advertising profiles.
1. Information you provide
When you create an account, Ziply may store information such as your username, email address, authentication information, and the shortened links you create. This information is used to provide your account and the Ziply service.
2. Your links
Your shortened links and dashboard data are private to your account by default. We do not intentionally publish your personal link collection or dashboard to other users.
A shortened URL is different: if you share a shortened URL with someone, that person can visit its destination. Sharing the URL makes that particular link accessible to people who receive it.
3. Tracking and advertising
Ziply does not sell personal information and does not intentionally build advertising profiles about users.
We do not intentionally use third-party advertising trackers, tracking pixels, or cross-site advertising identifiers on Ziply pages. Limited technical information may be processed to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain reliability.
4. Analytics
If Ziply provides link analytics, those analytics are associated with links on your account and are provided to help you understand how your links are being used. Analytics are not intended to create advertising profiles about you.
5. Service providers
Ziply may rely on infrastructure or service providers to operate authentication, hosting, databases, security, and other parts of the service. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to Ziply and under their applicable terms and privacy requirements.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect account information from unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your login information private.
7. Data retention and deletion
We retain account and link information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. If Ziply provides an account deletion feature, deleting your account will initiate deletion of associated account information subject to reasonable backups, security records, and legal requirements.
8. Your choices
You can choose what links you create and what links you share. You can stop using Ziply at any time. If you need to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your account, contact Ziply through the contact method provided on the website.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as Ziply changes. The date at the top of the page will show when it was last updated.
